Weight Loss and Exercise For Training In Your Ballet Shoes and Pointe Shoes

While you are growing, you will have weight and strength fluctuations. This can be distracting, but it is always temporary!

Fresh, unprocessed foods are the only foods worth eating! Is that bad news? That doesn't mean you can't have a piece of pizza on the weekend like when you're with friends, but daily, you need some good lean proteins, (soft cooked eggs, meats, chicken, fish, tofu if you like it --) fresh vegetables, fruits and salads, at least 50% raw. You can get into making some yummy dips, from lemon juice and olive oil, grated cheese or sour cream, and add some ranch flavoring, or flavor it as you like with other herbs.

Nuts, celery, fruit and yogurt are great snacks. If you have strong sweet cravings, you will have to avoid sweets for a couple of weeks altogether to make that go away. You may have headaches and energy highs and lows during that time, but it's kind of like drug withdrawal. Sugar acts like a drug in our bodies. Our system has to get used to running on real food again, with minimal sugar.

Packaged diet foods and artificial sweeteners are not good. They are full of unhealthy chemicals. Do you know that when medical researchers want to quickly fatten mice up for an experiment they give them artificial sweeteners? The same kind of food chemicals that are in diet foods. Those additives make you crave carbs!

A great book that explains youthful metabolism and how to build strong muscles is "Slow Burn" by Frederick Hahn. It's really for older people, but the information in it is vital if you are seriously training.

You should never be hungry or feel deprived - but what you choose to snack on makes all the difference in the world. Any carbs like chips, crackers, and breads are almost useless calories. They do not build your bones and muscles, or brain cells. Most commercial sodas leach calcium from your bones.

"protein Power" by the doctors Eades and Eades explains how the body metabolizes efficiently - that is, creates energy for you. The body can do this without any sugar at all! In fact, meats and vegetables have carb content, and that is enough for us.

Oils and fats are extremely important to eat - choosing the healthy ones is what counts. Flax seed oil and olive oil are the most common oils to make salad dressings from. most store bought salad dressings have heavier oils in them, and nearly always sugar. (And chemicals). Butter is good for you, and so is the fat in eggs, but keep the yolks soft. Not eating any fat is BAD for you. How much is too much, is relative to how often and how hard you exercise.

Three Facts On How You Can Find And Use A PSP Downloadable Game

The PSP is a great gaming device, that can allow you to download and play games, music, movies, and so much more. However if you are a new owner of a PSP console, searching and finding new games for you to use on your games console, can be confusing.

Well, here are three facts about finding a PSP downloadable game. Read them before you do anything else!

FACT ONE: firmware

Before you can begin searching for and downloading you favorite PSP games, you need to first check your PSP to find out what version of firmware it currently has. Essentially, firmware is the operating system that runs your PSP.

right now, the only PSP firmware versions that you can download a game onto are versions 1.0 and 1.50. This is because, in order for you to download a PSP game, you need to be able to run an emulator on your PSP (currently the firmware versions of 1.51 and 1.52, won't allow you to run an emulator on your PSP).

You can quickly check the firmware version on your PSP console, simply by scrolling left on the PSP's main screen and selecting the SETTINGS button. You then scroll down to SYSTEMS SETTINGS and select it. Then scroll down to and select SYSTEM INFORMATION. Now under, SYSTEM software, it will have your PSP's firmware version number.

FACT two: EMULATORS

You need to find and download software onto your PSP that will allow you to transfer games onto it. This software is commonly referred to as an emulator or 'homebrews'.

Now there are certain legal issues surrounding emulators, that should be cleared up here.

An emulator is simply piece of software that causes your PSP to act as though it were a different games console machine. Currently there are many emulators available for the PSP, such as a Super nintendo emulator, game Boy emulator, Sega Genesis emulator, etc.

These emulators will allow you to play respective games on your PSP. Although downloading and installing an emulator isn't illegal, the games you use on your emulator may be. There are many online PSP download websites that are illegally sharing games. You need to be vigilant against these types of unscrupulous websites.

FACT THREE: FINDING LEGAL GAMES

Essentially, when trying to find games for their PSP, most people will search for and use an online legal PSP downloads website. You could go to smaller independent websites, but they tend to have illegal copies of games on offer.

The main question you need to ask yourself before downloading a PSP game from any website is what kind of customer service do they offer?

Nearly all of the illegal or fly-by-night PSP downloading services, will have next to no customer service. So a website that offers full customer support will be able to fully answer your queries about the downloads they have on offer through their website.

Change The Thoughts

The thoughts you have right now are thoughts you choose to have. The attitude towards life you carry around is the attitude you decided to develop. This attitude can be negative or it can be positive. You either choose to see opportunity or despair.

Once you identify the thoughts, which are negative, and you are receiving negative consequences related to your constant negative attitude you can choose to change.

The remarkable aspect about being human is we have the freedom to choose. We are not mindless robots, programmed to respond in a specific way. We are God made creatures and we have the ability and freedom to choose what we think and how we think.

If you ready to life a live filled with positive purpose and positive out comes then it is time you choose to think along positive, faith filled lines.

Many times in life, things are out of your control like the weather, traffic and many other things. Yet, you have a choice about how you view those things which are out of you control. If it is raining and dark, you can always choose to see the good in the storm. If the traffic is all backed up and you are sitting in one place for hours you still have a choice about how you react.

today, decide to look at things from a positive, faith-filled perspective and no matter what comes your way choose to count it all joy. You may not be able to change the storm or the traffic but you can change what you think.
